How to add it to Wix
Create your assistant first (free), then follow these steps. Your own chatbot ID and snippet are on the Publish tab.
- In your Wix dashboard, go to Settings > Custom code (under Advanced).
- Click Add custom code, paste the snippet, name it "BotGPT".
- Choose All pages and place the code in Body - end, then Apply.
Wix needs a Premium plan with a connected domain for custom code.
Questions
Which Wix plan do I need?
Wix lets you add custom code on Premium plans with a connected domain. Free Wix sites cannot add it.
Where do I paste the code?
Settings > Custom code > Add custom code. Choose All pages and Body - end.
Can I try it before paying for Wix Premium?
Yes: you can test your assistant in the BotGPT Playground and on its own share link before adding it to the site.
