    How to add it to WooCommerce

    Create your assistant first (free), then follow these steps. Your own chatbot ID and snippet are on the Publish tab.

    1. Download the plugin with the button below. In WordPress go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install and activate it.
    2. Open Settings > BotGPT, paste your chatbot ID (it is the text after chatbotId= in the line above) and save.
    3. Open your site in a new tab: the chat button appears in the corner. Optional: add a "Chat with us" button anywhere with the shortcode [botgpt_open].
    4. Prefer no plugin? Install the free plugin "WPCode", open Code Snippets > Header & Footer, paste the line above into Footer and save.

    WooCommerce shops work the same way. The assistant can also search your products live (Settings > Integrations).

    Questions

    Does it know my products and stock?

    Yes. Connect your store in Settings > Integrations and the assistant searches it at question time, so it quotes current prices and shows product cards.

    Can it handle returns and refunds?

    It explains your return rules and collects the order number and reason. Refund decisions stay with you: it hands the conversation to your team with the details attached.

    What does it cost for a small shop?
